This page is for information only. It does not grant a licence, create a partnership or other commercial relationship, waive any DevInPro rights, or constitute legal advice. Official registry records and any applicable written agreement with DevInPro control. These guidelines do not limit uses permitted by applicable law.

DevInPro

Use DevInPro as the company and trademark-holder name and as the primary plain-text brand reference. The plain-text form DevInPro is not separately registered under the registrations identified on this page.

/dev/in/pro

/dev/in/pro is a registered trademark in the United States and the European Union for the goods and services identified in the applicable registry records. The official drawing and registry record determine the complete registered form and scope of protection.

For ordinary plain-text references, including email, URLs, code comments, and printed forms, use DevInPro unless you are intentionally reproducing the registered /dev/in/pro mark.

Registered DevInPro logo

The official registered representation includes three interconnected gears before the literal element “/dev/in/pro”. The registration claims blue, red, and orange as features of the mark. The approved digital artwork uses blue (#025192), red (#F02800), and orange (#FF8700). These hexadecimal values are DevInPro brand specifications. Use only approved logo artwork supplied by DevInPro.

Trademark symbol policy

Use the following symbols in DevInPro materials and in materials produced under written permission from DevInPro. Third parties referring to DevInPro editorially are not required to include symbols.

Mark Symbol Territory and use
/dev/in/pro ® Use in United States and European Union materials in connection with goods or services covered by the applicable registration.
/dev/in/pro Use in other territories unless registration there has been confirmed.
DevInPro Use for the plain-text brand form. Do not use ® unless a separate registration for this form has been confirmed.

Goods and services

The registrations cover specified goods and services in International Classes 9 and 42. The precise wording and scope may differ between jurisdictions, and the official record for each jurisdiction controls. The following is a non-exhaustive plain-language summary:

Class 9

Certain downloadable computer software and firmware, including software for workflow management and for accessing, interacting with, and transmitting data.

Class 42

Certain software development, design, integration, maintenance, and hosting services; website and web portal design; cloud computing; and artificial intelligence consultancy.

Use the official records above for the complete identification of goods and services.

Using the DevInPro name without asking us

You may refer to DevInPro truthfully in news, reviews, research, educational material, client lists, portfolios, and accurate comparisons. Do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or approval that does not exist.

Preferred brand style

For consistent brand presentation, write DevInPro with capital D, I, and P, without spaces or hyphens. Use it as a brand name before a generic term where practical, such as “DevInPro hosting” or “the DevInPro platform”. Avoid plural, possessive, abbreviated, verbal, or modified forms: write “DevInPro services” and “the DevInPro team’s response”, rather than “DevInPros” or “DevInPro’s response”.

These are brand-style preferences and do not limit uses permitted by applicable law.

Using our logo

Use the approved primary logo artwork supplied by DevInPro. Keep its original proportions and transparent background. Do not redraw, trace, recolor, distort, animate, or combine the logo with another logo.

For other file formats and the current clear-space, minimum-size, and approved-background specifications, email office@devinpro.com before use. We will provide the approved files and specifications for the intended use.

Except where applicable law permits use without permission, using the DevInPro logo in marketing, packaging, co-branding, or product materials requires prior written permission. Editorial or reference use must accurately identify DevInPro and must not imply an affiliation or endorsement.

What we do not permit

Except where permitted by applicable law, we do not permit:

  • Using our marks in a company, product, service, domain name, or social-media handle in a manner likely to cause confusion, impersonate DevInPro, or suggest an affiliation that does not exist.
  • Registering or using a mark, name, domain, social profile, or logo that is confusingly similar to our marks.
  • Using our marks in advertising copy, metadata, or keyword campaigns in a manner likely to mislead users about source, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
  • Using our marks in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful material.
  • Altering our marks or combining them with another mark in a manner that suggests unauthorized sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

Additional guidance

Partners, resellers, and subcontractors

If your written agreement with DevInPro covers brand use, follow that agreement. If it conflicts with these guidelines, the written agreement controls. Where it is silent, these guidelines apply.

Requesting permission

Email office@devinpro.com with the name or logo you want to use, where it will appear, the territory, the expected duration, and a mock-up or draft if available.

Permission is valid only when confirmed in writing by DevInPro. A lack of response does not constitute permission. Any permission we give will be limited to the purpose, format, territory, and period stated in that confirmation.

Reporting misuse

Email office@devinpro.com with the URL or location, a screenshot or copy, the date you saw it, and the responsible party if known. You do not need to be a DevInPro client to report possible misuse.

For general business enquiries, use our Contact page.

Use the following attribution where appropriate:
